Your garden is saved only on your phone. On the old phone open Settings → Move to a new phone → Make my garden code, and send the code to yourself. On the new phone open Settings → Load a garden code and paste it. The old phone pauses the garden so it only grows in one place; loading the same code back on the old phone undoes the move.
Bought something on another phone or after reinstalling? Open the Shop → Special → Restore purchases, signed in with the same store account.
